AI Use and Training Decisions

This notice explains how KPT Coach uses artificial intelligence in practice calls, scoring, recommendations, and broker-required training. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What the AI does

KPT Coach uses AI to:

• Act as a simulated prospect, client, seller, buyer, or professional counterpart
• Convert a practice conversation into a transcript
• Evaluate the transcript against an authored rubric
• Generate scores, feedback, evidence, and practice recommendations
• Identify authored critical-failure rules when supported by the transcript

AI output can be incomplete, inconsistent, or wrong. A score is a coaching estimate, not an objective fact.

What the AI must not decide by itself

KPT Coach scores are training indicators. They must not be the sole basis for hiring, termination, compensation, promotion, discipline, lead allocation, licensing, or another material employment or business decision.

Organizations using KPT Coach are responsible for meaningful human review, relevant context, reasonable accommodations, and compliance with applicable employment and civil-rights laws.

Required training and manager visibility

If your organization assigns practice, authorized managers may review your practice activity, scores, transcripts, coaching results, and required-training progress. KPT Coach retains a privacy-minimized audit result for employer-required work as described in the Privacy Policy.

Required-training decisions use the published assignment standard, the stored evaluator version, the final score, substantive-call checks, and authored critical-failure rules. Agreement by a simulated persona does not erase unsafe, exploitative, discriminatory, or unauthorized conduct.

Human review, disputes, and accommodations

You may contact support@kptcoach.com to:

• Report an inaccurate transcript or apparent scoring error
• Request human review of a result
• Explain a material technical problem that affected an attempt
• Request available assistance or an alternative format when disability, assistive technology, language access needs, or another condition affects voice practice

Your organization remains responsible for its own accommodation process and any decision it makes about you.

Real-estate compliance

KPT Coach includes authored safeguards for fair housing, client authority, confidentiality, sensitive seller situations, and the boundary between agent services and legal, tax, appraisal, or lending advice. These simulations do not replace broker supervision, local law, licensing education, approved forms, MLS rules, or professional advice.
